Trying jumping rope for exercise. Wow, it's hard!...

Just read an article about how 5 minutes of jumping rope burns as many calories as 15 minutes of walking. So I went out and bought a jump rope. It's much harder now than it was at age 10! But it's fun, and I'm sure I'll get better. Give it a try!
