I have been doing CS1 since Jan 1. For a while I thought it was helping the arthritis. I just recently ordered the ambrotose by Mannatech which claims to do the same thing so am gradually going to switch to Mannatech. I haven't had any colds this year so credit CS1 for that. To date I have not experienced any of the detox that they talk about!!?? My Mother tried the product and had severe headaches so quit taking. I personally think if you do have the headaches from 'detox' you need to do 'something' to detox your body be it body electric, diet, etc. My friend has a son with tourettes syndrome and the CS1 has definitely helped him. I've convinced her that she also needs to do er4 for him also.
