Hi Mary - thanks for the valuable info. If you look on the O board, there's a thread on seafood and toxins that originated in late Dec. 97. Some folks recommended looking at books by David Steinman on living in our toxic world.
He rates fish from around the world according to
how many toxins they accumulate, etc. Very informative books. I use them in conjucntion with ER4YT whilst choosing my seafood. Kind regards, Kathleen
