I went to a reflexologist a couple of years ago and man was I surprised. This was no foot rub folks, this resembled more of a primal scream session. Well it probably did unblock some channels, but I don't look foward to ever doing it again. The person who worked on me had 30 years experience and promised me it would only hurt "a little." Since I discovered a school of yoga that works for me and learned some self massage technique, I haven't had any need to persue any of this.
