Enzyme Deficiency

It sounds to me like digestive enzymes could be of value in protein maldigestion (putrefaction?). I'm almost certain I was enzyme deficient when I had a daughter who was diagnosed with diabetes at 3 months. Enzyme deficiency can be caused by many factors including fat and sugar consumption, zinc deficiency, overeating, mercury, a diet of all cooked foods, etc. Sherry A. Rogers details some of these things in a recent book. Mary Jackson
