In Response To: Quality of Life?? (Sandra)
So many people here follow this diet for a number of reasons: bad health, to lose weight, to feel better or they're just interested in having the healthiest body they can have. But I think I speak for alot of them when I say that once they stick to the diet, they're on the road to whatever they're aiming for. And they're seeing alot of good results. And if you're seeing results, it's not that hard to "want to" follow the diet for your blood type. I found that thinking of 'what I could have', instead of 'what I couldn't have', really helped me realize there a ton of food out there for me. I've exper- imented alot and have found a lot of new foods to eat. Give the diet a real chance. But I don't think you'll truly reap any benefits if you've only adopted a few changes. Make sure you avoid the 'avoids' and keep in compliance at least 70%, if not more. Once you see how much better you feel, it won't be hard to follow the diet more closely. And yes, you will notice a difference after you've followed the diet for awhile and then eat alot of avoids. You'll go right back to the diet. :) :) Go for it, you'll be glad you did! Good luck! Roxy
