I don't think so, but it could be. I am more inclined to think that the tincture has more iodine than the capsule, or that I am just more sensitive to it. OR, more likely, that with the para-cleanse, it was just getting worse before getting better, due to die-off. I asked about the iodine, but haven't gotten an answer yet. Maybe in a few weeks, I will try it again. At least now I know that a couple of benedryl will alleviate the flareup if I do have one.
