Not everybody here has come back from the severe type of condition that you have, but folks like you and Ed and Steve who have done so are an encouragement to us all. I don't want to sound like one of those idiotic rah-rah cheerleader types, but even though I've been on the diet for over a year now I still get a charge out of seeing someone like yourself tell of a remarkable recovery. When I first started reading this web site I saw a lot of 'personal testament' posts. I kind of miss those even though they may not be worthy of long term archival.
