no sweets here either....but try some of these things....Colloidal Silver and Cloves (candida and critters), lots of good flora (dophilis and bifidus), and a product called Egyptian Magic ( contents just olive oil, bee pollen, royal jelly)...it is a salve and works great on the welts. I think it is sugar related but fungal...inother words when I eat sugar the yeastybeasties have a party and I get the welts...good luck...Stephanie
