I had iridology done and it showed that I'm not assimilating protien and that I have alot of excess protien waste in my system. I read your book and I am a textbook type O, Celiac, Hashimoto thyroid, Mega allergies , asthma, starting arthritis and well on my way being to a diabetic at 270lbs. I am scared to try your diet because of the protien excess showing in my system. Please help. Also I take St. Johns Wart for depression, what do you suggest in it's place that's O.K for the O.
