The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 3

Flu bug/injuries got us-now what?

My family and I have been down with various types of flu bugs and sports injuries since Christmas time. I don't think I have been as sick with anything since I was a child. What happened to us?

I have been following O diet since last March but weaned a baby in between and returned to business consulting on a more or less full time basis.

Can an increase in stress and injury cause a big breakdown of the immune system? What should I do to "stablize" or improve the immune systems of my family? Type A oldest son and husband, Type O baby.

Since we have been so sick, I have noticed all of us have severe junk food cravings.
The protein and veggies just are not cutting it for me now. I would prefer a steady stream of coffee and chocolate myself. Type O baby wants to eat bread and Type A grade school wants pizza. What should I do? Should I detox?

My kids are both really skinny now. Should I look at giving them protein drinks? Thanks in advance.
