I've noticed on another post a mention to 'bypass Centrum - it's garbage'.
I've been taking one every day for as long as I can remember. Since I want
to do the right thing for my good health, what's a recommended replacement.
I'm a healthy type A during very well on the diet but just recently started
checking the message boards. Thanks!
