In Response To: correction of mistake (janice)
Welcome to the site. I don't want to seem harsh, but the answer to a lot of your questions are best found in Peter D'Adamo's book "Eat Right for Your Type", often referred to here as ER4YT. Any major bookstore will have it or can get it. It's well worth the small investment. After you've done that, you'll want to come back here and regularly check the type A board as well as this general one. Tofu, by the way, is a food made from soybeans (and other stuff?) that ranges in thickness from a stiff pudding to a soft cheese. The folks on the type A board are a helpful bunch and can help with creative uses and suggestions. Also check the recipe exchange. There are several recipes there that use tofu if my memory serves me correctly.
