You make excellent points, and open discussion of many similar issues. These questions may not be answered even in our lifetimes because the issues are so very complex, but I feel that we owe it to our children and grandchildren to pursue and nail down all these different pathways. I dream of the day when someone like me, whose blood-type complex (type, MN, secretor status) comprises just 0.2% of the population, will have comprehensive food lists showing not only the foods but also the degree of benefit/damage inherent in the lectins, good/bad combinations, whether the benefit/harm is qualitative or quantitative, and harmful-lectin-destroying methods and which foods they apply to. Except for what has already been published, almost none of this information is extant at this time, and it is obviously an impossible task for only one man. The simple truth is that Dr. D'Adamo does not have all the answers and may never have some answers. It is enough that he has blessed us with this life-saving theory, yet he continues to study and research. We can never repay him. I wish I were a doctor and not a dingbat so I could help him. Best wishes and good health to all. Susan
