Hi, Patti! I doubt I can be of any help at all, but "taco salad" caught my eye. Does it contain corn? Fried corn? I mean, are there "tacos" in the taco salad? Corn is an A#1 AVOID for most of us, and I have had nice verifiable reactions (acne) to it on a couple of occasions. That was enough for me. Post more details (are you Type O?).
