It was about 6 weeks ago that I got my test results
back. I had Just been eating LOTS of my allergic foods.
I stopped them immediately but was already on the
donwslide into a bout of debilitating chronic
fatigue and FM. It lasted about 4 weeks. Now,
I'm beginning to feel closer to "normal" than I
have in a year. I hope it lasts...

I, too, had a cast iron stomach all my life, even after all
the surgery and carbo binges. That all ended in about
8 weeks. I'm guessing it was faster for me than
most because of my particular situation, but I
can only guess it would have happened anyway, just
over a longer period of time. If you're concerned,
I'd say have the test. The only thing it hurts is
your wallet. If you're not too worried, wait - you
can always do it later.
