Many of these correlations are multi-factoral (ie have multiple causes). Nothing about the ABO correlations should be interpreted as "certain". I think I have been quite frank about that in the book. There are certainly other lifestyle issues which can erode any statistical correlation. What we should glean from the information are "trends" which hopefully we can put to a preventive use.
