Re: New USDA "Organic Food" Regulations are a Total Sellout to the "Junk Food" Industry--Interesting sideline note

Five years ago when I was first introducing solids to my twin sons, I learned that there is organic and there is ORGANIC. The boys were not doing well so someone sugessted that i try food from Walnut Acres in Pennsylvannia. Their farm has been organic for, is it 30 years? The boys could eat their food and now can eat most anything. Near as I can figure, the 7 years mandated by law as a transition time was not enough for the soil to loose all its chemicals and the "canaries" or super sensitive folks could tell a difference.
