After extensive research (OK, I spent 4 or 5 hours on this) following your post, I can find no shower filter that will take care of chloramine or flouride. We have a couple of Waterwise shower filters, and they don't do it either (what they say is that they have no proof of this, so they won't claim it)
Any idea what the chemical difference is between chlorine and chloramine?
