Start eating lots and lots of garlic, preferrably elephant garlic. Also, get fresh pineapple (grapefruit and papaya as well ate excellent) and have this in the am. The worms are made of protein and the enzymes in pineapple (not canned!!) et al will help break them down as you kill them off. Wormwood Leaf, Black Walnut , Clove, Quassi, Echinacea Root, Golden Seal, Butternut Bark, Chaparro, Marshmellow Root makes for a broad spectrum anti-parasite remedy. If you go to http://www.calorad.com and look up ParAttack - this is a new herbal remedy that I've heard good reports about. I've never known the drugs they give for parasites to work in anybody that has had thm. You can test for pinworm at home using a piece of scotch tape to pick up the eggs they exit and lay around the anus. The test has to be done as soon as you wake up. A friend had them for over a year - the AMA medications did not work. You do have to maintain a very strict level of hygene to get rid of them, changing - washing bed sheets daily. Witch Hazel is an excellent external anti-septic to use on yourself in the bathroom.....Don't feed them any sweets!!!!!! Good Luck! Birdie
