The book and this board say that the lectins that cause problems are in the grain itself. Sprouted wheat bread is OK. Why not list your symptoms, make the other changes and see what does and doesn't improve in a month. Then keep everything the same but also leave out the wheat grass. See what happens for 1 month. Then try adding it back.
