I didn't happen to notice if you said what your blood type
was. No matter the book is of utmost importance.
REad some each and every day for awhile. Note the
diet lists. I was 120# overweight and have lost
15# without hardly even trying; and I was basically
bedriddden during part of this. Now I am exercising and
tonight I went to watch my teenager's hockey practice--- a big
big excursion for me. And I still have energy.
Watch your portion size and don't be afraid to try
new foods.
