Does anyone else have Candida(no sugar), allergic to dairy products & I am type O?

If so, will you tell me some of the foods that will be good for me to eat. At this
time I have lost 6 1/2 lbs since Feb. 8 '98. I need to lose a 100 lbs. more. So far
I have been eating mostly meats, fresh fruits and raw vegetables. I have found some
bottled water that is oxygenated and it is suppose to flush out your system. I don't
know if it is working or not, since I have only been using it for 1 week.
