Sprouting different beans and grains
Posted By: Jeri Date: February-25, 1998 at 17:19:38
I'm new to this and have a few questions for anyone out there: First, does sprouting a grain or bean change it enough to upgrade it on the lists - like eating the sprouted breads like Ezekiel bread seems to do for wheat? I have a wonderful recipe for hummous made from sprouted garbanzos that I love. As a type B, they are on my avoid list. Are they okay for me if they're sprouted? Also, a friend who is an O has alfalfa on her avoid list but could she eat alfalfa sprouts? Etc....? Thanks for any help.
