In Response To: do we drink water at meals? (kath)

Never heard such a thing. Seeems to me that water would dilute
the digestive enzymes. A lot of cancer cure
programs reccommned only drinking 30 minutes before
and 2 hours after meals. If that helps cancer paptients
wouldn't it make sense for us to follow it also?
