In Response To: There are many vegie options for O Protein (Steve Shapiro)

My daughters like to take cheese and veggie sandwiches, baby carrots, pineapple juice or white grape juice. I have an A and three O daughters, they all like buffalo'd chicken wings and legs, also, as well as cheese and ryeKrisp with mustard. They also like to take leftovers if we have pasta (rice or spelt based), which can have a marinara sauce or as a pasta salad. (I make the basic meal meatless, then add the appropriate meat, bean or tofu product for each person. I have two O daughters who don't like beef. We can also get marinated tofu at our health food store which some of them love and dolmas (grape leaves stuffed with spiced rice) which are good cold and make a meal with carrot or celery munchies.
