I have no specific advice on supplements, potions, lotions, etc. but as a person who is living with a chronic autoimmune illness of the same severity of Crohns, I can offer this observation:

It is going to take the body a long time to heal, possibly years. During that time, take the minimum amount of anti-inflammatory drugs as possible, supplement as desired, and be patient. The blood type food plan will work, but it takes a long time before the immune system will forget that it's not supposed to be attacking our own tissue.

There are many, many resources concerning supplements and dietary avoids for the person living with Crohns Syndrome. Now, it's up to your detective abilities to search them out.
