There are quite a few systems that "type" an individual's body .. Ayruverda, Chinese Medicine,
blood-typing, etc.. If you assume that they all work, then combining all the systems
should really be able to super-fine-tune your body-type, and thus super-fine-tune
your nutritional and environmental requirements. But then, what fun would it be?
