Yet more advice

Hi, Margo!

If the Townsend material seems overwhelming, your doctor should be able to sort it out with you. However:

The best advice is to read ER4YT. Read it thoroughly. Know it by heart. The connection between blood type, diet and health is described in basic detail, and it is THE starting point for addressing serious illness. There is an entire chapter devoted to cancer.

Then, use a good search engine (HotBot is my current favorite) to search this website for "cancer" posts. Information from medical publications can then be filtered through your knowledge of what is to be used or avoided, based on your blood type.

Apparently, Type O's with cancer are less likely to succumb to it than other types.

Absolutely all the best of luck to you!! Fight like mad!! (If you visit us here, you'll see a bit of that, too! :-)
