What happened to the cross-references?

There was an alphabetical cross reference at www.dadamo.com/food-a.htm, and a cross-refererence by category at www.dadamo.com/food-c.htm,I believe. Unfortunately, just as I got my whole diversely blood-typed family owning copies of the book and getting interested, the cross-refs disappeared. They're priceless. Anyone know whether they've been moved or renamed?
