synthroid allergy?

Am extremely food sensitive to wheat and dairy, shows up in red hands and joint pain. At times can moderate, but recently was put on Syntroid for nodular thyroid and joint pain has increased. Suspect additives as culprit. Can you offer any info on this problem?
