Susi--just wanted to say thanks for posting. I read this on February 7, my own day 7 of doing the diet and it made me feel even greater than doing the diet did (got that!). When I was catching up with an old friend on e-mail last weekend she told me her mother was doing this too--love hearing that the word's getting out.
