Another shopping list method

My husband is A and I'm AB. I took the alphabetical list (the category list kept me flipping back & forth quite a bit - too hard to memorize the order of the categories) and highlighted "A Beneficial" with orange, "AB Beneficial" with yellow, "beneficial to both" in pink, and "Avoid for both" in blue. I did not shrink the print on the list (hate those glasses). Many times I get asked about the list while in the store. (I'm amazed at how many people do not know their blood type) I find that the list is especially valuable when choosing items with mixed ingredients. Many times I've left behind something I would otherwise have purchased.
