Hi Dorothy... welcome to Oz. I wrote you a very extensive e-mail yesterday and then hit the wrong button and wound up on Mars. Needless to say you didn't get the e-mail. I just wanted to say that I, too, after a VERY short time on this food plan (I'm getting reluctant to use the over-used word 'diet' anymore), have noticed a great benefit. And even tho' I'm considered the 'obsessed one' (by my daughters) because I have always had difficulty maintaining my weight and have gone from plan to plan to plan, they BOTH, (and a son-in-law) are very interested in this. I have listened to all the points, counter points, advice, comments, etc. and from my own experience, it seems that any avoid, in no matter what amount, causes a negative effect. And eating the Highly Beneficials really charges up the batteries. So, my comment to you is , welcome, good luck and hang in there! In touch, Jackie
