I was thinking about what causes the chemistry of depression? Food is definitely not the only answer. For example, stress, physical and emotional hurts, all induce chemical changes. A good way to rebalance the chemistry is to release feelings. Tears take out a lot of stress chemicals, and so does the sweat of anger. A good diet also helps.
