Watch out for mega-doses of Vitamin C (greater than 4000 mg daily). They can metabolize to oxalate if you don't have enough Vitamin B-6. A urinalysis can determine whether you form oxalate after taking a mega-dose of C. Adding 50 mg of Vitamin B-6 twice daily to your regimen will solve the problem.
