Exactly! I get the elbow too or the T-bar tool! I think when TOS is induced by injury the type of injury makes a difference in the symptoms. I have spoken to others who also experience the same. The change in barometric pressure as a trigger for much greater pain was driving me crazy and until speaking with others experiencing the same I didn't know what to think! All in my head??? No! Driving in the Mts. helped to pin-point this (below 8000 ft. I'm o.k.) before I only new that at certain times I would be in great pain then started to pay attention to the weather... days in advance my body would know a low pressure was headed our way! With whip-lash we may display the other symptoms that Christina doesn't seem to have, who knows, everyones "bod" is different
My injury is 6 yrs old and was told by neurosurgeon that it was healed as well as it would ever get so to stop looking for a cure. Well since a year of acupuncture my worst days are only as bad as my best days ever got! I'd give it a try if I were you. The acupuncturist/Herbalist I go to treats the whole body (inside and out) so I don't know if treating just the acupuncture points would have given the same results or not.
Good Luck,
