That sounds great. I used to have someone pull on my arm when I was lying down and that felt somewhat better now I know why, but it wasn't getting it good enough that way. This sounds like it would work much better. PT was helping a lot but they will only allow you to go so long and then cut you loose. I had a great therapist who was into cranial-sacro and that helped tremendously. I really miss it. Insurance companies figure it's cheaper to pay for drugs than anything else so that was the end of PT....
Do you think surgery would help? I'm going to resist it as long as possible and hope everything else I'm trying will be effective.
