Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

I've just started using the ER4YT diet (I'm type O+) in just a couple of days I've lost 3lbs! I have thoracic outlet syndrome brought on by an auto accident, also fibromyalgia I think. My Dr. finally suggested acupuncture for pain relief because pain meds were a bust. Anyway surgery doesn't seem like a very good option since they can't be sure of much success. Through acupuncture my pain is really getting under control and he suggested no wheat, dairy, eggs and it helped tons but I was still puffy so when I read your book I have eliminated the potatoes and corn that I'd been consuming and can notice the difference already. I am also having a blood test to discover which other foods I might be allergic to and am anxious to see how many if any are on the list of avoid foods for O's. I was using soy as an alternative but since most westerners aren't born with soy as a staple diet many are also allergic to it.
I'm wondering if the times of day meat protein is eaten comes into play with this diet? I've read that the body takes so many hours to digest meat proteins that it is'nt wise to consume it after the noon meal. If anyone has any info about this or can point me to some more research please do, thanks.
I'm hoping that this diet will help eliminate my muscle stiffness but can it do anything for the agony that comes with the barometric pressure changes that seem to trigger greater pain? Since acupuncture has helped so much I have been able to get back to active exercise. I walk 4 miles in 45 min to an Hr. each day and with the help of a personal trainer (my son) I have begun some weight training.
I have learned a lot from the boards and plan to keep researching on them so if this has been discussed before let me know.
