Still Tracking Enzymes

Hi Aaron, Thanks for the material that you posted. I think I may have read it before, as I once read through all the Natural Hygienist material I could find on the Internet. I remember reading that hydrocele could be a problem. I haven't studied out all the material you posted as yet, but I full well understand that there are potential difficulties with being a vegetarian. I constantly refer to USDA charts on food nutrient contents. I'm sure Viktoras is a lot wiser now than he was in the days of his Survival into the 21st Century book which describes the fruitarianism, etc. which you have mentioned. What he said when I heard him seemed to be basically in line with my thinking. If I had had the opportunity I would have asked him about paleo and bloodtype considerations to see whether he has factored in any of those ideas. I myself understand a bit the food energetics involved with not overloading yourself with a lot of cooling salad-type foods in the winter, etc. I will write you some e-mail. Also, anyone who wants to write to me about enzymes, please do so. Thanks--Mary Jackson
