Rumors are going around that there have been several changes in the categorization of certain foods since the book and Alden Bliss' food list were published.
Apparently these changes are reflected in the newer "food lists by category" but my text-based browser can't read that list, and I've heard of other people having difficulty with that list, too. Since everyone loves Alden Bliss' list, can someone please update it? Or can we at least have another way to find out about the changes? Thank you!
