Thank you -- I have been wondering this myself. I am a Vata and my husband is a Pitta and yet we are both type Os. Can the two systems be somehow integrated? My husband and I are now eating similarily and feeling better, but our basic constitutions (body types, emotional states, etc.) are opposite of one another. Would love a response on this. Thanks.
