I found a product called "Smart Balance" that REALLY tastes/acts like butter. It is patented by Brandeise University and claims to be balanced for maximum health benefits. It contains olive, canola and palm oil. (All non-hydrogenated, of course). Olive and canola are okay for my type, but I don't recall seeing any information on palm oil. Even a simple search times out for me - so disappointing because in the past I really enjoyed going through the archives. I tried the alternative search method posted by a helpful contributor - but getting back and forth between the posts was very cumbersome.
