It does have sprouted lentils. I don't know if the lentil lectin survives the sprouting. As we know the wheat lectin is destroyed by the sprouting of the wheat berries.
Dr. D'Adamo has been asked about sprouts before and he reprtedly hadn't gotten an answer to it yet, last I knew.
