I've been following this with great interest because I am hypothyroid and have been following the anti-yeast diet now for three and a half weeks. If I understand this correctly, a deficiency in these 'sugars' would be problematic for one with hypothyroid? By severly limiting ones' carbohydrates, does one even more promote such a deficiency?
