Single list combining all blood types

Ramona, I downloaded one of the original lists here quite a while ago, and formatted it as the following: 1) Foods in ER4YT listed in alpha order with qualities for the various blood types, in table form; 2) A list of only those foods noted as Beneficial or Neutral for all (the "ABO OK" list, and great for party planning!!); 3) Type O and Type AB food lists in two different formats, alpha and by "quality" (all Beneficial-Beneficial first, etc.)(that's my household). They are in WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS. If any would be of use to you or anyone else, I'd be glad to e-mail them to you. I understand that a far more complex list (including reason for assignment of quality to a particular food, along with phytochems, etc.) is underway here, and may be available soon as well. heidi
