has a list of both arginine and lysine values. Usually animal protein is higher in lysine and seeds, nuts and grains are higher in arginine.

Who told you arginine would alleviate muscular aches and pains. I think that is just backward. AVOIDING arginine will keep down your virus population. Viruses and other pathogens feed on arginine.
