Is there a single list that combines more than one blood type?

Am I missing the point of Mark B's question? I thought he was looking for a list that combined a couple of blood types (so it is not necessary to flip back and forth between lists). The http://www.oz.net/~alden/er4yt/contents.html
site is GREAT, but I couldn't find a way that gave a list of combined blood types. I think a combined list would be great because I deal with A and AB issues.
