Oprah and the food police

Oprah is being sued in Texas by the Cattlemen's Association for disparing beef.
While I think Oprah is overblown in most respects, I think that getting the word out
on harmful practices such as feeding cattle with ground-up cattle (ala "mad cow disease")
is very useful in this country. The practice has been stopped and rightly so!! Certain powerful groups in the country expect people to just roll over and play dead
when the magical phrase "it creates jobs" is invoked. They are learning otherwise.
So more power to Oprah and the 1st amendment. --David
