The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 2
If one is healthy/Long term affects of lectins
Posted By: Mark B Date: January-23, 1998 at 22:22:40
I am a healthy, fit, energetic, type B, mid-forties man. I have been a vegetarian for most of 20 years. I don't have allergies or digestive problems, etc. that I know of from foods. Being a vegetarian, I eat quite a bit of soy products (tofu, tempeh) which are on the AVOID list for my blood type. I am wondering if the negative effects of lectins accumulate even if one is feeling fine and in apparent good health.
